It is apparent that Genesis intended this car to be an above average vehicle that can complete with manufacturers like BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Love the car now, but it had to have all 4 rotors changed because of severe vibrations when braking at highway speeds. Seats are heavenly comfortable, stereo is so dynamic in its range and depth. Super quick with 3.3 Twin Turbo. I recommend making any new car go through the certification process the dealer would use for certifying a new car before buying a new car to avoid headaches.

When I first did my research on Reel's Auto, I was a bit skeptical since the vast majority of reviews were 5-stars and I figured there was a possibility that this dealer could have bought fake reviews or paid to have negative reviews removed. I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. I had an unbelievable experience dealing with Jonathan Motorcars! I NEVER write reviews but in this case I am most definitely. I am from Indiana and I was shopping for a specific vehicle (Mercedes E400) in which I searched nationwide for a couple of weeks. I found a used car at Jonathan and called cold to ask questions. Doing this a few times over the last week I found young inexperienced salespeople who were just interested in selling a car and not educated on walking you through what you were looking at until I met Josh. Josh was amazing from start to finish and took time to answer all of my questions, take video, pictures, did a walkthrough of little scratches, send reports, etc. Honestly, dealing just over the phone is kind of scary not knowing the car itself as you cant drive it, you just look and take the salesman's word. Josh was that guy! Not only did I get a great deal, he also helped arrange transport, detailed my car, gave me a limited warranty and filled it up with gas! I must have called and texted him 10 times where he always took the time to answer all of my questions. Again this dealership went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction and even checked with me to insure the car was delivered safely without issues. I cant thank them enough for going that extra mile to make my car buying experience very rewarding.
