Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

After st. Lucie tire and battery messed up my oil change and gave me a wrong diagnosis for the oil leak, I came to Treasure Coast and got the problem fixed (crimped seal on the oil filter). Also did the front brake rotors. The Highlander only has 162,000 miles on it so should give good service for a long time. I was really impressed with Jennifer Anthony and her effective communication with me. Also LeRoy gave me a ride home and couldn't have been nicer.

Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

Joey, Mark, and Mike were all great! Easy transaction highly recommended! My lease is coming up in a few months and I would strongly consider dealing with these guys again!

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

This is my third Genesis G80 (2012 and 2017 previously), now a 2022 model. The comfort and technology and safety are the best around. I think the exterior styling has gotten bah - the 2017 showed mor "muscle" for a luxury sedan. Genesis has also gotten more expensive than they used to be - still better (less expensive) than the competitors but it used to be a great deal - now just OK. That said, Genesis does need to "fix" their interface with Carplay on Music - it used to work great but now, it does not show all my artists or playlists (they are on the phone). Many car manufacturers think this "feature" is safer but it isn't as now I need to pick up my phone to find what I want. Ugh - it used to work great on my 2017 G80.

We love everything about this car. More comfortable and powerful than our previous car, a 2015 Cadillac XT Luxury and the infotainment system is breathtaking. You can select drive modes for comfort, sport, economy and it adusts the engine and ride appropriately. Navigation screen is beautiful, radar enables hands-off lane following and warnings of crossing a lane line.

It is quiet and fun to drive. There are many features that make the car standout among its competitors. For instance, it has a rear view camera as well as a road map. It is apparent that Genesis intended this car to be an above average vehicle that can complete with manufacturers like BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

Shawn Thomas made the experience an awesome one! He did everything he could to make sure our experience as customers was proficient and he made the most of the little time that we’d had to spare. A small issue arose but Shawn was quick with thinking and action in finding a solution that was both affordable and pleasing to both parties! I would 10/10 recommend requesting Shawn for a swift and happy experience while purchasing a new vehicle! :)

Surrounded by plush roomy luxury with the pep to get onto the highway with no hesitations. (3.8L V-6). Smooth quiet ride with intuitive control panel makes radio, maps (NAV), climate control, and seating controls easy. Great Bluetooth when answering phone. Beautiful exterior sculpting and inspiring grill. 360 degree camera makes parking in any orientation a snap. My wife and I just love it!

Love the car now, but it had to have all 4 rotors changed because of severe vibrations when braking at highway speeds. Seats are heavenly comfortable, stereo is so dynamic in its range and depth. Super quick with 3.3 Twin Turbo. I recommend making any new car go through the certification process the dealer would use for certifying a new car before buying a new car to avoid headaches.

Josh Estes was very friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He contacted me by telephone and Email several times in preparation of the delivery day. Very patiently, he explained and demonstrated the many innovative features of the automobile, including turning on the On Star system and the WiFi, connecting those features with my cellphone - a complete and successful experience. He invited me to come back, anytime, if I had any further, or need, for continuing explanations, or tips to have a more pleasant driving experience. Ted Soch was equally friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in handling the financial aspects of the sale. He handled the transfer of my tag to the new car with ease. Signing the slew of necessary paperwork was made easy with his clear explanation of each document. My perfectly sparkling and clean car was handed to me after the Wallace service personnel prepared it for delivery. Kudos to Josh, Ted and Wallace Cadillac. As an 84 year old funeral director/owner of my own funeral home for 65 years, during which time I owned and operated my fleet of Cadillac sedans, limousines and professional vehicles, I was excited and exhilarated driving home my newest comfortable and responsive Cadillac CT6. Boy! It made me feel like a kid driving my first car, again!! - but, this time with fantastic new "Bells and Whistles". I was 14 years old, 70 years ago, when I got my first driver's license and began driving. I am looking forward, God willing, to many more happy miles and years driving my new CT6. The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.
