Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

Ron, manager of the service dept. at Johnson Lexus of Durham is wonderful. They pick up my car in Va. and leave a loaner, do a thorough job and are very accommodating. I love my RX350 and am so glad I bought it from Johnson. I highly recommend them!

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Kayla was the lady who answered my original telephone call. She worked with me to schedule my appointment on short notice. Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" On vacation and 1.5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for another day and expect to leave it for 3 days for diagnostic tests to run which was impossible. Immediately went into this location to either the manager or service manager and they were excellent at seeing we were in a bind and needed expedient service. We were in and out in 1.5 hour. Thank you sincerely for saving our vacation!! I believe it was Gerry (I’m sorry if I remembered wrong). Also, Aubra was great at trying to help us find GMC points to use to lower the cost and understood we needed help same day. Thank you all for help!!
