The salesman Justin was good. However what comes across on line through the site for pricing and financing do not match what is the actual at the dealership.

2022 Genesis GV70 review
I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update. The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Porsche North MiamiReviews
Porsche North Miami review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2024 Porsche Macan GTS from Porsche North Miami and had an excellent experience. Since I live in North Carolina, the entire transaction was completed remotely. A special thank you to Marcus Mataya, my Sales Advisor, and Jason, the Sales Manager, for their professionalism, responsiveness, and patience throughout the process. They provided timely information, answered every question, and made the transaction smooth and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the dealership’s attention to detail during the CPO process, including installing four new matching tires before delivery to ensure the vehicle met Porsche standards. Purchasing a vehicle from another state requires trust, and Porsche North Miami earned mine. I highly recommend Marcus, Jason, and the entire team. Thank you for making this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have had.

Alexandria VWReviews
Alexandria VW review
We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

BMW of TowsonReviews
BMW of Towson review
5 Stars - Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I recently purchased a 2027 BMW X5 from this dealership in Towson, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They worked with me to get the absolute best deal possible, making the entire negotiation and financing process smooth and stress-free. There was never any pressure, just top-tier customer service. What really stands out is their post-sale care. The quality team has reached out multiple times to check in, ensuring I am loving the vehicle and answering any questions I have about the new features. It is rare to find a dealership that cares just as much about you after the papers are signed as they do during the sale. If you are looking for a seamless, professional car-buying experience and a team that truly stands behind their vehicles, I highly recommend visiting this location! James Bice (Manager) and Jonathan Little Jr (Sales Associate) are great and professional to work with. Appreciate their help in making my BMW buying experience amazing!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!

Johnathan iRosario was my service advisor. He was very professional courteous gave clear information expected time frames and everything went as he said it would. The repair was done correctly, so I wanna give credit to the mechanics as well although I don’t have their names. They have great coffee in the lounge across the street from the tire center as well in the regular service center.

Hendrick Lexus Kansas CityReviews
Hendrick Lexus Kansas City review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City. Doug Caston was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, personable, and never once made me feel pressured. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and was able to get the deal put together very quickly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making the customer experience a great one. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service I received. I highly recommend Doug and the team at Hendrick Lexus! Oh I can’t forget - I was also assisted through the process with Natalie and she was also a joy to work with! Thanks!

2022 Genesis GV70 review
I bought the car because it looked good and was just like the red one in the ads. I am more pleased than I ever thought rude is great room is great updated electronics/ nav is one of the best. Bad part is that chrome will put and need to be buffed out by dealer. An honest dealer said “all Genesis cars are like that. Minor issue that dealer will cure.

Auto Boutique Jacksonville review
Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!
