2021 Genesis GV80 review
Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

This was also the smoothest and quickest car-buying experience we?ve ever had. We?ve purchased several vehicles before, and each experience typically took 8+ hours. With Quincy, the entire process was completed in about 4 hours. We only had to wait on finance for about 10 minutes which is no time at all, considering in past experience waiting on finance was usually the longest part. Employees like Quincy are a huge asset to your dealership, and I wanted to make sure his hard work and integrity were recognized. Additionally, we came to Lubbock because we live in San Angelo and have heard nothing but horror stories about car buying here. We are originally from Clovis, NM and grew up going to Lubbock and have always heard great things about this dealership group (to be honest we remember the commercials growing up). We love our new car and are so pleased with how the process went so smoothly, thanks to Quincy and all the rest of your team!
2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

2025 Genesis GV80 review
This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.
