From the first moment of contact Katherine was very customer service driven. Answered all my questions via text and email, stayed engaged, came in on her day off just to make sure I was taken care of personally. I have never worked with auto nation or Katherine before today. If you do it will be worth the time. Just ask for Katherine because the customer service is not what you expect from a dealer. She goes over and above for the customer.

All went well had some issue with the maverick system making closing sales contract and trade bit too long to process

David was amazing he made sure I got all the things I wanted plus more! I would recommend him and auto nation to anyone! They helped me get into the car I wanted and listened and helped me out as a single mother I love that!

I called inquiring about a vehicle. The salesman that took my call met my expectations from start to finish, which may sometimes be a challenging task, lol. He made me feel confident during the call and sent multiple detailed videos of the vehicle. The communication pertaining to the vehicle went on for 2 days. I called in on Thursday and due to my demanding work schedule, I wasn't able to make it to the dealership until that following Monday. My daughter did the research on Cars.com. Narrowed it down to 2 Nissan Rogues at Vaden Nissan. Test drove both. Picked one, write a check, drive it off the lot after the hurricane. Valentina Ramirez was very accommodating, everybody was helpful!
