Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

Grace made the process smooth and efficient, even prodding detailing along to get me in my new F150. Got me an extra few hundred on my trade in as well. I'm still getting to know my new truck and all the features. So far I'm really happy with it. I'm happy they had one with a V8 in it. Nothing against the ecoboost V6... but you know more cylinders is WAY more fun! 10 out of 10 - will recommend!

Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.

The repair department at Sterling McCall GMC is really top notch!! My Service Advisor, Basil, is so wonderful. He has handled all of my cars? regular service checks and most recent repair. The repair department is very comfortable and customer friendly! I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else!! :)
