Bought a 22 edge last year and a 24 f150 tremor at Christmas time. My salesman mike was good to deal with. Not impressed with their service as I had issues both times I used them. Would buy again, I'll skip the service department.

Very good truck, as you would expect from GMC. Have had it for a little while now, and have had no issues or complaints. Gas mileage is great, especially for a truck with over 300 hp. Comfortable, quiet ride. Love the features and styling the Denali offers. Would definitely recommend it.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.

Very nice vehicle for my wife and I in our mid seventies it replaced our Buick Enclave which very good. It’s ride is on the firm side - performance is very good - fit and finish very good - over all it’s a very good vehicle that we plan on purchasing with a new one in 2023 with another one because we like it’s size very easy to park and with its bed cover we can carry most anything we like. This midsized pickup is perfect for someone who wants to use it for commuting and side projects. I'm very disappointed that it does not have built in Navigation. That seems like small money to include that.

I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. However, I was asked if I would give them the opportunity to source one for me and, if so, were there any changes I would want from the truck I was looking at. Long story short, they located the EXACT truck I wanted with those changes, made it very easy to agree on a purchase price and the value of my trade, had the truck shipped into their dealership in a day's time and the team took excellent care of my wife and I in all aspects of the transaction when we made the 3 hour drive down to Dubuque.
