Working with Big Country, Joe Montgomery, former Marine and Vet at West Chevrolet in Alcoa was such a great experience! He’s incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and not pushy in the slightest. New ownership sank in shortly after our initial text/conversation; photos were sent to me directly soon after clearing off the snow/wheeling it in to be detailed. All that for me, WOW!!! My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat review
Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!
