I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

My initial 600 mile drive in the van confirmed the van had the required power for my travel needs. The van fits perfectly with my 6x12 cargo trailer. I fully expect to have years of reliable travel with this very stable General Motors vehicle. I had done extensive research on finding the right van to fit my needs.

Recently had collision repair done at the collision repair shop. The people there were awsome. They explained everything that needed to be done and even had it done in one week. The service department told me about points I had earned that I didn't even know about, and the points covered my recent "works" I had done. That place is AMAZING!!!.

I would say that my experiences were 5 star kind of days for sure!! I purchase an old, used SUV at a low price for MY needs. It was perfect and runs GREAT For years! When it needs a little routine maintenance it run it over and see Jens C at the SUPERstore! Always smiling! We had an impossible a/c/heating and break issues and Jens and his mechanic never gave up until they figured out how to help us. When the other dealer I went to first, gave up. I will never bring my truck anywhere else again, waste of time and money. This store and my advisor, Jens, are amazing! He makes me not worry, that when I have car trouble, I have someone to trust.

Rich's has a crowded lot so do your homework before you come. Their partnership with Cars'com makes the process so much easier and relaxed. Sales people let us take the lead which works better for us. We had a couple of cars in mind when we went there and we ended up buying our second choice. Super easy going staff.

I called and they were nice and all but they almost exclusively sell salvaged title cars. Nothing on cars.com about that though. Buyer beware -- this is an issue with cars.com but not this seller. So I gave them 5 stars for being nice but cars.com gets 1 star for not carrying IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
