Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Smooth ride strong motor decent gas mileage inside cab is loaded and very tastefully done along w easy access to knobs. Plenty of room. In back seat ! Aclassy looking Truck with a tacky looking owner!!

I brought my Ranger in for the 100K scheduled maintenance. The service advisor (Steven) was very professional and kept in communication during the day about what was being found and timing for completion. The shuttle service and drivers were great, they were nice enough to bring the truck back to the house after a snowstorm. The truck is running much better after the service work so I am glad I had it done. Thanks all for the wonderful work.

The truck Handel's well. Sluggish when in second gear and the transmission thumps mostly when shifting down. Started about 40k. The ride is nice and comfy.

Great experience. It was fun. Got what we wanted at a good price. Truck had a lot of cool features and they took the time to show me how they worked

This truck is very comfy for long trips. Fits the whole family in. Plenty of extras like the center console charging point. Memory seating helps when you have more than one driver. Very nice ride, drive.

Francisco was very helpful and show the van we bought even while it was being detailed. Also made the buying process simple by getting the all the financing before the van was done. Overall a good buy experience and follow through with getting one of the door locks fixed after the sale,

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. But ask for Sadie or Lauren...they are rockstars!!

Great, quick service. New tires, alignment, oil change, recall repair, fender flair repair, and an excellent full detail all in 24 hours with a loaner.

All I can say is that Oakley Auto World knows how to treat their customers. I felt like a human being instead of a dollar sign, I was treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end, and they did everything in their power to make sure that I was completely satisfied from the vehicle itself all the way to the financing. I chose Oakley Auto World because they made me feel important. They didn’t swarm over me like a bunch of vultures. My salesman was Harlan Huff. Absolutely fabulous to work with. Has a wonderful sense of humor and made everything feel very comfortable. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want. I was given other options besides the one I picked, but I’m a firm believer if you don’t go with what you want, you’ll regret it. The financing department was amazing. I highly recommend Oakley Auto World because they treat you like people instead of treating you like numbers I don’t know if I’ll ever be buying another car but if I do, I’ll go back there.
