My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.

I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.
My best options were explained thoroughly. Great customer service and excellent follow up.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone to go by and experience the special treatment.

We needed to retire our old minivan. Was looking for something mid-sized that could still accommodate our family of 5. So far, we're impressed! It has all the room we need, is very comfortable and rides like a dream. The only down side is the cupholders are a bit small, but in the grand scheme of things, that's small potatoes.

This car is sweet, 32’ tires ko2 with 2’ leveling kit looks mean drives mean, have k&n air filter on it with dual exhausts so it sounds mean!!!!!
I bought a 2016 F150 from Gary Yeomans Ford and love that truck. It had a few minor problems and made an appointment to return and get them fixed. Austin and Chris got together and got everything repaired to my satisfaction. I liked that my salesman Austin Warhurst was easy to get along with and he did everything he could to answer my questions and make sure we were satisfied. Chris, who assisted in getting everything repaired was a great guy too. I will buy another vehicle there because it was a positive dealership.

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Went to see a used Honda civic, and Jimmy " Superman" Hanlan was the salesperson. Took the test drive, and all good..No pressure at all, which made it a pleasant test drive..We didn't buy the car, but the the salesman was very professional, and followed up with e mails. I liked this dealership

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
Came to this dealership uneasy as all other dealerships have screwed me over. The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! I've never until now walked out of a dealership confident and happy with my purchase!! One happy girl!

I really liked the way this truck drove. Much more like a car than a truck. Still gave me good height off the road without being a struggle to get in.
This is my 2nd vehicle from RC Hill Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier. I came in to service my 2012 Outlander Sport, which I had been thinking of trading in, but was planning to wait a little longer. Chad knew exactly what to say to spark my interest. My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.
Seleana was absolutely wonderful to work with! It is nice to be able to talk woman to woman in the truck industry. I was going round and round with other dealers for over a week. I let her know exactly what I was looking for in my new truck and she delivered...FAST! I drove over 2 hours to come to this dealership and would do it again in a heartbeat. We will be looking at another vehicle in a couple of years and I will check here first!

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
At age 75, buying a car this year was not my first rodeo. In the past I have walked out of a number of dealerships, who's employees treated me as if I had a double digit IQ. I was in direct sales for over 50 years and I KNOW what I had to do to close sales. And, closing sales is the only way to get the money, which is why most of us go to work anyway. That said, I was treated kindly and with respect by everyone with whom I came in contact at Kaiser. I would buy there again.

This car is head and shoulders above all the others I looked at in it's class. The V-6 is very powerful and gets 25 mpg on the highway and 22 city. I highly recommend it!
Our sales rep Roy Day was excellent. He spent hours with me searching other dealers and the internet trying to find the car that I wanted. Delivery was swift and Roy did a good job of not overwhelming us with the operating details when we picked up the vehicle. He gave us the most important points and instructions and showed us where to find answers for everything else.
Another note I'd like to make is the excellent service department this dealership has. Lynn and the other service reps are wonderful. One of the main reasons we keep coming back, that and the low pressure sales pitch and affability of the sales staff. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Kaiser and we will keep coming back. We like Buicks and we like Kaiser.

We always dread visiting a dealership. Pushy salesmen, inflexible management, poor selection, and hours going through paperwork. Not so wit Kaiser Buck-GMC. Our sales rep, Jimmy Hanlon, was courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Management did everything possible to make our car buying experience the best. We love our new Buick Envision. Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
We needed to get a used car that fit within our budget. Our sales person Adam Armanios was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
