Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Me and my wife are moving from Buell Idaho to Astoria Oregon and we are driving separate Cars I am in a 2019 gmc Yukon and she is in a 2015 subaru outback..the gmc broke down on highway in middle of the night and we use the subaru to get to a hotel..And with are luck in the morning the subaru had a check engine light and was runned ruf.The subaru team got use inb with in 30 mins and fixed the issue before arer GMC got there on tow truck.Tuck was in with in a hour and its problem was also corrected.. all in all in and out with 2 unscheduled vehicles in less then 3 hours and we were back on the road.. Service was good. On time and completed when they said it would be. Now this15 minimum is stupid.

They did most stuff right. They were pretty straight forward and to the point with minimal xxxxxx business. The one notable exception was that they lost the second key. It is pretty normal except for a car dealer to lose a key except that they told us they had it. When they figured out they lost the key instead of doing the right thing they told us they were not paying for the key. They told us we could just not buy the car as a solution if we did not like it. So they were rotten about the key.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure to buy. Actually told me I could test drive a few to make sure I get what I truly needed. Daniel was amazing very patient while we waited for insurance to switch. Very through goin over contract payment ect to make sure I could afford it and not working just to pay my car note. Washed it filled it up w fuel before he'd even let me take it. That alone says alot being it an explorer and gas to fill it was a bill I'm sure. They treated us like family went above and beyond... I highly recommend performance auto if your looking for quality..
