Used 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near Ramsey, MN

My car was in service for the third warranty repair in five months. I brought it in on Monday and was told the repair would be completed by Friday and I could have my car back. However, on Monday, the service advisor called me and said they couldn?t find the part and my car would not be ready until next week. Well, next week was Christmas and I needed to drive my car out of state. I contacted the leadership team at Walser and service manager called me to say he had found a part and my car would be ready by Friday. That was a relief because I always have to rent a car when my car is in service. It is hard to get in in a timely manner because diesel mechanics are few and far between. My car was completed by Friday and they also did an oil change entire rotation at no cost to me.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

I was able to customize the order, removing options I didn't want and ended with up a new car for the same competitive price as the used one. When the car arrived a few weeks later, it only took a little over a hour to get though the purchasing process (no financing, no trade involved), review the key features, download the Toyota app on my phone and pair my phone to the car. Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

The latch on the center console of my chevy Tahoe broke and needed replacement. The Service Dept.(Kris Hoffbeck) was very professional, polite and informative. He explained exactly what needed replacement and that I did not need to replace the entire lid but only the latch itself which saved me lots of money. The completed repair was excellent and very quick. I definitely will come back for future service.

Jason was upfront, honest and straight to the point. Didn?t play any games. I was offered a fair value for my trade in (unlike other dealerships). I was able to get my trade in and drive away in a brand new vehicle all under 3 hours.

I've bought a couple of vehicles here and had their maintenance done at McCarthy majority of the time. I bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu LT. Im currently at 229k miles ...may be coming in for another 😀 Their customer service is great. Their shuttle service is a life saver!
