Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. The dealership was very clean, service was top notch and very personable.

Does anybody else’s truck just sit there after you put it drive? I have to bump the accelerator to have it go into gear. ??????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????

Dean and his team do a great job, they do all the service work on both of my vehicles, from oil changes to new tires. Are very thorough when checking to ensure things are correct and I trust them, which they earned.

Excellent comfort and very good truck, it is very functional in every way, both for business and for personal, it can be said that I have the 2.7L Turbo engine and I can move up to 11500Lbs already checked by me

Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. We have FINALLY found OUR dealership! The entire process was a welcomed change, Thank You! We never felt pressured, stressed or had others expectations weighing in on our decision. Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

The waiting area and showroom are small but they are friendly, helpful and trustworthy.

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!
