Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. Mike Rose was our hero when we were looking for a almost new Tahoe. We were in Hickory and Morganton area, we were looking at a Tahoe at another Large dealer in Hickory, they SOLD it while we were looking! Called Mike Rose at Parks GMC and he took our name and number late February, 3rd He told us what he had on the lot and held it for us overnight. We arrived Feb 4th. to look at the 2025 Tahoe, High Country. We agreed on price and we drove it home. Love Mike Rose's attention to detail, southern charm, very nice, going above and beyond to help us. He was patient teaching us the new buttons and devices on the High Country Tahoe. We will purchase another new vehicle from him next week. People are important! Mike listened and treated us with respect and Southern Hospitality when we were looking for a vehicle.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Mason was patient and took care of all the time consuming tasks. He connected my phone to the vehicle, added my vehicle to the Cadillac app, transferred my Sirius XM and on-Star to the new vehicle and I received my license plates right at the dealership. No going to the DMV. All these little things mean alot to a person like me with limited technology knowledge. In addition, they made arrangements thru the dealership to get my new vehicle home. The day I went to "Holiday" was a true holiday! I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Absolutely worth the drive — five stars! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Joan and Raphael were fantastic from start to finish. Ordered at MSRP. No mandatory dealer add ons. Slightly higher than normal dealer document fees and title/licensing fees, but no exhorborant. Purchased an extended warranty and a few accessories at a very reasonable discounted price. Communication with the salesman Steve Grambs was stellar during the entire process - order to deliver - over 6 months. installation of accessories was good.. qualtiy work. Condition of vehicle at delivery was excellent!

Bought a 2023 F150 from them was sold as used but it was actually still a new truck. Sounded to me like Ford Dealer was not making his floor plan payments and they bought the truck at the auction in Omaha. Billy our salesman was awesome even considering he is having some health issues. Financing was smooth everything went without a hitch. I did notice on the drive home a mirror had a crack in it they said they would take care of it. Still has the remainder of the bumper to bumper warranty on it. I definitely would recommend these dealership to people. Wife is wanting a new car, so we will probably be going back sooner than later.

This place is A++ sales and service. My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. By far the best car buying experience I have had. John Davis, our sales associate, was very friendly and helpful throughout our transactions, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We took a test drive, decided on a vehicle (Ford Escape) and made a down payment. Later that evening we received a call from John stating they would not be able to sell us the car as it did not pass ?their inspection?, but he immediately checked their inventory for similar vehicles (this part usually takes forever) and found a vehicle in the same price range. The next day we returned to the dealership, took a test drive, and decided on the vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee Latitude). John made sure to communicate promptly and took care of everything that needed to be done to get the vehicle looking and feeling like new. I honestly wish I would have bought my car at Ed Bozarth?s. I just got a popped tire and the service team was great but then I had to try to get ahold of the finance team and Chevy north broadway to see if it?s covered. I called five times and no answer! All the sales guys and gals were attentive when I was just walking around! So nice there:..
