Trading in a car and purchasing a new car is a major financial event and is complex transaction made up of numerous decisions to be made. This can be highly stressful. All the information required to make the decisions is provided by the sales person, in my case, Mike Matthews. Mike provided a straight forward sales plan and answered my questions. The trade in offer for my vehicle was very fair, a thumbs up to the Cappellino dealership and the way it does business. I never felt rushed nor pressured. When it came time to consider optional features, i was introduced to Matt Donohue, finance manager who answered all my questions and arranged new car options. My new GMC Terrain has a number of new high tech features which can be a bit confusing. Mike tutored me on how the tech systems work and work to my advantage. Mike introduced me to the GM Rewards credit card program offered through Barclays. It was a smart decision for me to sign up and it offered a $500 bonus to reduce my out of pocket cost for the purchase. Mike completed all the required documentation for the trade in and purchase both efficiently and smoothly. Mike helped me and made my purchase smooth and stress free. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Bidleman Chevrolet is hands down the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. From start to finish they were friendly and accommodating in every facet of the purchasing process. I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Everything was nice and simple and I felt as if they really try to set me, the customer, at ease. Nothing changed when I entered the finance manager's office, no pressure.
