My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

I was looking for my next AT4 and could not find many in the Costal Dune color and I found the one I wanted at Woody Buick GMC. I worked with Vanessa and Jonathan and they were great to work with. I worked in the car business for 12 years and I don’t live buying cars but my experience here has been wonderful, communication has been great. I drove 4.5 hours to pickup my new truck and was on a time frame to get back home and they were on top of things to get me back on the road and headed home. If you are shopping from out of town I would recommend you reach out to them.
