Used GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near Duluth, GA

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with Lou again, and I also had the chance to meet some fantastic folks in both the management and finance team.

Any reviews on this vehicle is not correct. We are first owners and it’s been an excellent truck. We hate to see it go !

Call to about a concern with my check engine light. Was done fast an efficiently was a power train issue and was fixed correctly. Truck is running fine.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

My experience was excellent with Ted. The videos from the technician ere very informative. My son-in-law had a previous car worked on here and also purchased a new one from Ellis GMC.

I love it the look the interior mine is a red one and it looks so good and it’s my baby and it runs so good and the technology is off the chain

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
