Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
Chris is my maintenance representative at Lindon of Lexus, and I have nothing but praise for him. He is a World Class maintenance representative for Lexus of Lindon, and the reason I get my car taken care of at that location. He has earned my total TRUST! On a scale of 1 to 10...he is a 20!

Came to test drive a Regal Tour X as it appeared that such a vehicle was most likely to meet our current wants and needs. Christian was most helpful and the test drive went well. Decided to wait for a vehicle (already on order) which seemed more likely to match our preferences. Informed promptly when it arrived, drove it an completed the purchase with dispatch, thanks to Christian and Jon.

I had an apt with Christian Rank to visit Snell Motors for the first time so I could test drive the Buick Encore. My experience with Christian was super-he followed me through the whole experience from the test drive to the purchase a few weeks later. I returned to Snell to make the Encore purchase as I wanted to work with Christian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Christian! My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!

without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
It's been our experience over many years in dealing with Profile Motors that they always go above and beyond to satisfy our needs and wants. Our salesperson showed us sincere appreciation for our continued loyalty. We find that dealing with other staff at Profile Motors to also be extremely enjoyable.
