Now there are numerous ways to purchase a used car. Some people choose to find one from private owners which is a good way to purchase a used vehicle if you know the person and vehicle. On the other hand my wife and I have made it a practice to check into dealerships when looking for a used vehicle. There are the people who will say "you'll end up paying quite a bit more when going to a dealership" and, perhaps somewhat more. That being said we have chose to go to the dealership to look for that vehicle. "Why" you say? Well a dealership has to maintain a good reputation so we have always felt they're not going to sell you junk. So off I go to Joe Bowman's Auto Plaza. I met Tristian as I entered into the showroom. He certainly didn't fit any kind of a pushy salesman but more like someone there to show me around. Sometimes we talked about the car I came to look at and other times we just talked. The whole encounter was about the most stress free experience one could imagine. Whatever questions I had he answered to my satisfaction. Without making any decision without consulting my wife I told Tristian I'd call him within an hour and a half. I did and with just a tinge of a "non haggling haggle" we came to a fair decision to purchase the 2011 Nissan Versa. The next day we picked it up after some paperwork and away we went. The mark of a great dealer for me is the service after the sale. I bought a Buick Lacrosse from the Blaine store, adding an extended warranty. After 15 months, I found another car at a different dealer that caught my eye and I purchased it. Having over 3 years left on the warranty, I contacted Mike at Bedrock and he walked me through the process to get a refund. Actually, he did almost all the work and after a few weeks I got almost $1900 back from the unused portion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!
