The vehicle itself is beautiful, seems to be mechanically sound, and is just as described. The price was fair and the purchase hassle-free and streamlined. I purchased remotely, without the benefit of a test drive, so I was completely dependent on the CPO status and communications with the sales rep. There were a couple minor hiccups in the process--slow replies to my inquiries post-purchase--but the sales person ultimately proved himself to be trustworthy and earnest and now I am grateful to him and his team for delivering such an outstanding vehicle.

Our 2013 Terrain was purchased from Colonial back in 2016. It has almost 222,000 miles on it. Still performing well. We always get great service at Colonial. Kimberly is our service representative. She does a great job. This time was a fluky thing. The only key we had was lost and we had to get a new set of keys. A frustrating situation was made easier with help from Colonial and Kimberly.

He (and the Sales management team) worked diligently, communicated with me promptly, and continued to work options around where I needed to be. I was very pleased with the post-sale service and delivery could not have been better. Jimi spearheaded efforts to get the car quickly through the CPO process as well as take care of a couple of small items with the car. Lastly, as I called to check in, he was already on his way to deliver the car to me. That’s fantastic all-around service! Will surely be taking the JCW Countryman to MoGA MINI for my service.
