Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.
