I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

2016 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I've owned my truck for nine years now it is never once let me down. I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

2024 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

2014 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I drove to Crown Buick GMC after making an appointment with Tammy Wagner. She was a new sales person. Tammy is very patient. She enjoys people and made me feel comfortable. I had alot of questions about my new All Terrain Truck. When she didn't know the answer- she was honest. Wonderful experience. They never disappoint. About 2 weeks ago I needed a new fan motor for the heater in my Continental. They put one in. About a week later is was not working. I brought it back and they said the part was defective and needed replacement. Four days later they had a new one and made me an appointment to put the new one in at no charge. I also asked after I made the appointment If I could have a tire rotation (free since iI bought my tires there) and new windshield wiper blades. No problem for the add ons. . I was seen on time. Got home and there was a video in my inbox of the underside of my car with the tech explaining that my tires were fine, but the brakes were a little worn. So I need to keep track of that. You can make appointments on line or call and talk to your service advisor. Even tho my Continental is 8 years old, I still get a free wash. I have also used their body shop for repairs and they are excellent. When I have needed a repair, my insurance, Amica, does not require an adjuster to look at the estimate, They trust Irwin Auto Body to give a fair estimate. When I just need an oil change, I go to Quick Lande and Bill is always on time to take the car in and get it done.

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.
