I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I live more than four hours away from the dealer. We were able to do the entire deal via email/phone/text. They delivered the van and paperwork to my house. I test drove the van, then finished the paperwork in my dining room. It was a very smooth and low-stress process. Everyone I interfaced with was courteous, professional, and helpful. The van was delivered as promised, and the whole experience was flawless. Also, the price was the best I could find in a 500 mile radius from where I live.

I've owned my truck for nine years now it is never once let me down. I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

I had my car in for an oil change (2/12/2024) during the visit I was told the high pressure power steering line was leaking. I set up an appointment to have it repaired and should expect to leave it for the day as it would take about 6 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for my appointment (2/19/2024). I finally called around 4:00 to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day as authorization from Zurich had only been received that afternoon. My issue: I would have expected that knowing what the repair was on my car, authorization would have already requested so repairs could start when I dropped my car off at my appointed time and could be completed the same day. Now I'm without my car for 2 days instead of the expected one. This to me was very poor planning and didn't set to will with me and also was an added inconvenience for me.

Love my GMC. Owned a Chevy and this absolutely beats it hands down. Never had any issues. Inside is very comfortable and can't imagine driving anything else

Purchased 2016 Lincoln MKX from Rick outstanding experience. Everything was done very professionally. Had a couple of hiccups Rick and motorcars stand but the cars they sell 100 percent. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Professional, helpful and friendly. I got my coffee while I was waiting for the service to get done. Plus I got the inspection videos too.
