The salesperson took the time to walk through the differences, even pulled up the service history and explained the features without making me feel rushed or pressured. When I came back later for the BMW, it felt just as easy. I already knew what I wanted, and they respected that. We did a quick test drive, they answered a few questions I had about maintenance and warranty, and the paperwork process was very fast.
