We passed this dealer on the way to Lithia Ford, saw some trucks out in front and flipped a u-turn and went back. We had been to Lithia Ford the day before and had a truck in mind. The truck was priced very nicely at Lithia Ford but it was underwear model and higher-priced than we really wanted to pay. At image, we found the perfect truck for us and Matt, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about trucks, especially fords. We found a truck that we wanted at a fair price, the process could not have been easier, we test drove our truck did some research, checked out the Carfax, and made a very easy purchase. Matt had all the paperwork done fast and accurately.

I made a great deal on a 2003 ford escape, had the vehicle checked out good by my mechanic
delivery on Saturday I drove the escape to steamboat that day and drove back on Sunday On Sunday afternoon i tried to start the Escape ,it would not start . I called Midtown on Monday morning, talked to Alan he said he would send a truck to get my car,Turns out the engine had seized, I knew i had bought the vehicle as is ,and knew i was looking at a bill of $2000 plus. .Alan told me" not to worry he would help me:. MIDTOWN PAID FOR A NEW REBUILT MOTOR AND INSTALLED IT FREE OF CHARGE..UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. I still cannot believe they didn't charge me a penny, they didn't even know me and did this .Thank you Midtown..
Blair does not stand by the vehicle he sold me. The transmission needed repairing, and he said everything else was fine. I've had check engine light after check engine light. Failed sensors. The transmission after his friend's rebuild shifts like crap. Tried to get help under his 6 month guarantee on the transmission, but he told me not to contact his friend. He did everything he could to prevent me signing up for additional warranties. When I contact him for help he says it's an as-is sale and i'm SOL outta luck.

This third time I leased an Elantra SEL and love it especially the new features using my iPhone, the camera when backing up, and the sideview mirror that beeps when another car is approaching.
