My wife and I recently bought a 2015 Chevy Volt from Jeff Fisher at Schimmer's in Mendota. From the start of the process until and even after the purchase- Jeff was excellent to work with. No pressure at any point and he found us what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend dealing with the guys at Schimmer's before buying a new or used vehicle from somewhere else.

He was well-versed about the equipment offered on the car I ended up buying, quickly and efficiently took care of pricing my car's trade-in value, then got me set up with the dealership's finance and title processing people. Stephanie put together all the needed paperwork quickly-- very efficient and knowledgeable---and I was on my way.
My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. This was my third vehicle bought from Sheboygan Chevrolet. Just under a week after we purchased the vehicle we had an issue with the throttle body. I called Steve and he got right back to me. He even came out to my house to pick the vehicle up and the car was fixed the next day, at no charge to me. I will surely be buying vehicles here in the future!

Mike Gallucci, though busy with a customer, found time to break away and answer questions over the phone. He insisted my wife and I come in. Though it was near closing time, I must say, he could not have been more patient and helpful.
We took a long test drive, went through a dissertation of questions and considerations and finally began the initial paperwork. Two hours after closing and emphatically nightfall by now, we left knowing that they had our best interest at heart.

I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. They went out of there way to pick up my disabled car, at no cost to me, from lower Westchester so i could at least use it towards another vehicle. They put me in a beautiful state-of-art black on black brand new terrain that I drove off in today. Wow, all within hours I was driving for only $139 a month after they gave me a good amount for my car. I never would have thought I would be driving a car as nice as this for so little down and such a small monthly payment. This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Pleasing the customer is an art. Donald has it mastered. He has redefined salesmanship and taken it to a whole new level of user experience. .No question too challenging. No request too bothersome.
