Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.

I wanted to buy local, and honestly wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted. I'd owned Chevrolet before; I'd owned Jeep and Dodge before; and I was kind of leaning toward a new Ford. I stopped in to see Joe Cottingham one afternoon. I'd known Joe from high school, but had never bought from Joe before. His friendly demeanor, and willingness to work with me, as I had already had a buyer for my current Jeep. Joe was super helpful with my buyer/trade. I was impressed! Joe found the Chervy Colorado I was looking for within that first day. We looked at others, but I came back to that one. On day of delivery, Joe took the time to go through the vehicle and features. He covered everything before he sent me on my way. I am happy I stayed local, and bought from Joe! I would recommend Dan Young GM to friends and family. I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.
