There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. I like they provide car facts on their vehicles. I went there because many others recommended this company and now I do too.

In this ridiculous car market, I almost gave up when trying to purchase a Hyundai. There are many factors but that all changed when we met with Arsalan at United Auto Sales in Anchorage. If you are in the market for a vehicle in Anchorage, don't throw in the towel . I was blown away with my experience purchasing a Hyundai Elantra from him. Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

I haven't bought a car yet. I was treated like a priority customer. Mr. Isaac Song patiently listened and took notes for what I was looking for. He suggested I test drive a few vehicles. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.
