I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Long story short, my first experience was a complete debacle. I left reviews on Google and Yelp, and I was contacted straightaway by Mark Therrien (new car sales manager). He explained the situation from his perspective and offered an apology and a workable solution. At this point, there was no agreement that I would return, but Mark handled a tough situation with the utmost professionalism After a short call, Mark did a number of things that I appreciate and value: • Got some information from me so we could take advantage of my drive time to get credit worked out. This multi-tasking saved a fair amount of time at the dealership. • Gave me a side-by-side comparison of my pre-approved interest rate and the rate they were able to offerWhile I was driving, Mark and team found a better interest rate that reduced my payments by a few dollars per month. The reduction was not large, but the point is that they went out of their way to optimize the loan for me. • Mark presented me with a simple and straightforward set of numbers that explained the cost, their cost, a fair trade in value, and what my payment would be. Somehow I knew that buying a new car only required some basic arithmetic with a handful of numbers. This was exactly what I was looking for. Look at the bottom ¼ of a sheet of paper, do some math in your head, and know what the heck is happening. • He also did something unnecessary but very thoughtful to compensate me for my time. • Talked to me like a normal person engaging in a basic and mutually beneficial business transaction. Honest, straightforward, and very comfortable conversation. • Mark hustled to schedule the cleaning of my new car and visit with finance in a way that helped to make things go faster. Again, this was my second long drive and for other reasons, I was really pressed for time. My visit with Nicole Smith in finance was equally straight forward, honest, simple, and educational. • Nicole likewise gave me a very clean set of numbers to approve and the signing process was quick. • She also provided a surprising amount of useful information. A lot of this was regarding various warranties and packages that they could offer, and when I saw that coming, I felt a little twinge of irritation start to arise…again mostly because of some bad experiences earlier in the week. But I listened and realized that the things she was talking about were reasonably priced products that had a solid value proposition. • The point is that there were no gimmick products and those that were offered had a benefit at a good price, and there was no hard sell. Basically just a well thought out presentation of the value proposition and a “feel free to take it or not” quality to the discussion. • Nicole also gave a very interesting piece of insight and advice about an insurance product. Without going into detail, there was a thing that I thought was a good idea, and she explained to me why it was actually a pretty bad idea…and it made perfect sense. I didn’t see it because I’m not a professional in this particular field, so the edification was appreciated. Finally, there was a gentleman that did a great walkthrough of my car. I am amused by the fact that most of the learning has to do with a computer and how to talk to my new car. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this experience. As a business person, I’m enjoying looking back at this as a case study of sorts. Mark and Nicole’s ability to take fiasco and turn it around into a positive experience is noteworthy, and I would definitely consider doing business here again.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

My salesman was MARIO and he was amazing!! He was quick and efficient, ZERO pressure and ZERO xx!! I like he was honest with me from the start. I have since recommended some of my family members to go see Mario specifically for their cars. I appreciate that he followed up since my sale last month to see that I was still happy and that everything was working as it should. We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I just had a major car repair to my Honda CRV and it is running like it's was brand new! The location was close to my work and where I live, so I decided to give them a chance. They ran a diagnosis and explained how this problem could effect my safety and my auto. I check out the diagnosis with a couple of courses, and I felt Titus-Will Chevrolet, Tacoma repair shop was the best for me to use! I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

We will all have a few bumps in the road when it comes to car repairs. Donny my customer service specialist at Chevy has helped with making great suggestions on repairs. I don?t worry about to many repair cost at this moment because I have a warranty so it?s been easy to deal with. If part department just so happen to order the wrong parts for your vehicle, don?t take it out on the service department. Stay patient with them and they will promptly fix the situation and make it right.

The features and styling are very aesthetic. The truck has very smooth handling and response. I am impressed with the response from the Diesel engine.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

The car I was interested in was sold but there were two others on the lot. After a test drive, I bought one. Great price and the car is in great conditon.

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I had my Denali XL for two years and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and handled well for a large car. My only complaint was gas mileage. I made two trips to Las Vegas for bowling tournaments with all of my bowling gear and my dad's gear plus our luggage and got it all behind the third row seat. I loved all the bells and whistles, especially the cooled seats in Las Vegas. I'm actually thinking about buying another one now that my frequent trips are over. But it can be difficult to justify the expense of this monster. $80K fully loaded is a lot of money for a family wagon. Even used they're expensive.
