2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2020 GMC Terrain review
I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2018 GMC Acadia review
I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2016 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. This was our first purchase from Northside Auto. I grew up as a car dealer's daughter and about half of my family was in the car business as I grew up. I am not an easy buyer. I shopped throughout the Indy area and online. I explored new and pre-owned vehicles. We purchased a one year old vehicle from Northside Auto. While there were three vehicles I liked (two elsewhere), I decided to buy from Northside in large measure because of their knowledge, business transparency, fair pricing, quality of the vehicle, attention to detail, and honesty. These things separately (let alone together) are what one hopes for when making a major purchase like this. They were all tied up with a bow. They went above and beyond. There was a tiny issue that they fixed instantly. If service were this good everywhere what a wonderful world it would be :) I can't recommend Northside Auto (and Chad Williams, the sales person who had to put up with me) any more highly.
2022 GMC HUMMER EV review
Currently, the Hummer EV is a decent electric vehicle option. However, as newer electric vehicles, especially the Cybertruck, are released to the market with longer range and cutting-edge features at a lower price point, the Hummer EV will fall behind. The Cybertruck is anticipated to enter mass production later this year, while GMC's production is slow, putting them at risk of falling behind competitors who may enter the market with newer and better offerings by the time GMC's product is ready for a refresh. Although GMC initially released a good retrofit product, their production delays are gradually eroding the Hummer's competitive advantage.

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.
