We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Always pleased with Barlows, especially the girls in the service department. Very knoweldgeable and prompt. No compaints about the service in the garage either.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Stopped by with the kids to check out the Eclipse Cross. The kids' room saved us—my son was drawing, daughter was glued to cartoons. We got to focus on lease options. The rep explained everything clearly and offered 3.2% APR with 15% down. Took it out on the highway and tested adaptive cruise—smooth ride.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

After-Hours Drop-Off is a lifesaver. Dropped my keys off at 10 PM, and by morning, the Outlander had fresh oil and a photo report via text. Bonus points for being pet-friendly—my dog came in with me, and they had water bowls at the counter. Wi-Fi was solid too—uploaded a big file without lag.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Was looking for a hyundai tucson and went to this dealership after having a horrible experience at an unrelated dealership in Maple Shade township. Jose was very down to earth, treated my brother and I with respect and showed me different hyundai models. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. I found a hyundai kona that I loved! Their prices are great compared to corporate dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a vehicle.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

While utilizing cars.com to find our next vehicle I stumbled upon one of their many locations, so I went direct to their website where we found 140 Jeep Grand Cherokees that fell within our price range and had what we were looking for. Once we had it narrowed down to 5 cars of interest, we thought we were going to have to drive to those different locations,,, NOPE, they transferred two vehicle we were interested in to our appointment’s location. They were very good with email communication from time we scheduled apt to the day of our arrival. Upon arrival is where their next level of impressive kicked in! As we pulled in to the lot we noticed immediately noticed how busy and hectic they were. It was a finely tuned a machine,,, a process that ensured we got thru all of our vehicles as quickly and as smooth as possible so we could finalize the deal. When we rolled in after each test drive we were met by Anthony for feedback,,, thumbs up it was kept up front, thumbs down it as sent out of sight. When all done, we did side by side comparison and we made our final choice. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else, drove 2.5 hrs to make this purchase due to amount of available vehicles, the amount of positive reviews, and the fact they will ship any vehicle we are interested in to the location of our choice all free of charge. Anthony hands down is a hustler and he wasn’t happy until we were happy and finally John D comes in to close the deal and process all the paperwork and got us out the door in no time. John shopped and got us the best rates and also gave us a great deal on an extended warranty. 5 star and highly recommend auto lenders, trust me you will not be disappointed!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Scheduled my Outlander PHEV service online for 8:30 AM. Dropped the keys in the night box and picked it up the next morning. They changed the oil and filter, washed the car, and even printed a full diagnostic report. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Car looked spotless—wheels detailed, coffee hot, and I worked from their quiet lounge using fast Wi-Fi.

Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

I was concerned about the oil life percentage. I called for service and I was able to get a Friday when I was available. I originally was going to wait but a friend agreed to pick me up! The service desk was accommodating and the car was ready on time!

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Dear Lilliston Family, I turned 50 years old last June and my husband gifted me a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited High Altitude 4xe. Understand that my Dad worked for Chrysler for 43 years before his death. My childhood was filled with tales from the assembly line. He referenced cars that went through Newark Assembly by the body letter. Lee Iacocca was the closest human to a saint in our home. Chrysler put my brothers and me through college. Despite a stray Honda, Isuzu, and Chevy, in my 34 years of driving, I?ve owned 1 Plymouth, 2 Chryslers, 1 Dodge, and 9 Jeeps. My husband has owned 2 Rams. I noticed with my 2018 Renegade and Wrangler that the quality of the Jeep product was declining; however, I was satisfied with Jeep?s ability to retain value. After malfunctions in three of the eight months of ownership, I traded in my 4xe this February and subsequently lost the $17500 of equity we?d invested, in addition to negative equity for a total of $35000 in losses over 8 months. That has never ever happened in a Jeep. To say I felt devastated and cheated would be a gross understatement. I felt downright betrayed. This exchange had an adverse affect every time I drove the vehicle I was forced to settle on to replace it. Three weeks ago, I happened upon a Bronco with its top down at one of my son?s soccer games. I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides
