I called them first before I go there, they said they still had the car, but when I arrived, they told me the car was sold already like 5 hours ago. They didn't even check the storage when answering your phone call.
Needing to buy a van while a hurricane is heading our way, definitely had me starting out in the negative. I spoke with multiple dealerships & physically went to six others. The service Jayson provided was completely opposite of what we experienced with all of the others. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and wasn't pushy or in my face. And anyone looking to buy a car/van knows how rare it is to not have a fast talking, in your face salesperson. I knew what I needed when I went in & he respected that & didn't try to put me in something else. The young lady that processed the paperwork for me was also very pleasant to work with. We WILL be heading back next summer to buy my teenage daughter her first car & she's already made it clear that she wants Jayson to be who she works with!
These are some down to earth and great people to purchase a vechice from. GM Toby made me feel like I was home with family while purchase my new truck.Great hospitality I would recommend to anybody that needs a new car or truck.

I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They responded to my inquiries right away and were very easy to work with. They were very flexible and were willing to work with me however and whenever. Overall great experience and very friendly staff.
I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!
Everything was the BEST i would score them a 10! Trampas was so nice and he got us what i beleive was a great deal, could not have asked for a better saleman than him. the finance guy sorry i can't remember his name but he worked real hard for us and got me a 5.5 percent interest. Contacted Robert Woodall Nissan thru Cars.com and got an immediate response. They were very thorough, informative, and courteous. All my questions were answered quickly as well as providing any requested information. Their staff was just as friendly and helpful in person as they were on-line.
I stopped in to price the Hyundai I was looking for not expecting to buy a new car. Imagine my surprise when they met my price point without any haggling. I drove home that evening with a new car! The staff was courteous and friendly to me and my family.
I was in Danville visiting my Mother and my check engine light came on. I wasn't familiar with the area and so I had to search on my cell phone for a service repair place to find. After talikng to several service repair places in the area Robert Woodall was the only one that was able to fit me in immediatley. They were friendly and kind and even vacummed the interior of my car which was a mess! I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Thank you!
I went in to the local nissan dealer and was very surpised to find that they had a large selection of quest at discounts that was unheard of. I was shopping honda vans and they didnot discount the honda all. Woodall had $7000 discounted and the people where great. I was dealing directly with the Manager "Dean" I think and he came to the payments I needed. As soon as I get my Insurance check I will be there.
I love these guys!! Not only did they save me from a total vehicle nightmare (2 blown engines in 4 months in a car I financed from somewhere else almost a year ago) but they put me in a beautiful upgrade, which I never thought was going to happen! I went from a Kia soul to a low mileage landrover that was priced extremely well and loaded with features!
And to top it all off, they waited an hour and a half past close for me to get to them, not including the time it took to get through paperwork.
They handled everything with my bank and did as much as they could to make the process as easy for me as possible. I needed that. I was super stressed after blowing my new engine the day before.

What a pleasure to do business with this dealership. Family owned and operated since 1937 these people know how to make car buying easy. No pressure and they will get you in and out of there faster than any other store I have bought a car from. They do not keep you there all day like the big city dealers do.
