I got to work with 3 different salesmen. Josh and I talked more on the phone in the beginning of the process to get things rolling with my trade in (he was great). Then when I got there Josh was busy so I had a different salesman (Chase) help me look around for what I wanted. Chase was the NICEST person I’ve ever had help me made a big decision. Jorge jumped in when I started talking about payments and he was funny and nice as well! All of the staff there is overall amazing. They didn’t push me to buy anything. I came back 5 days in a row because each day I wasn’t sure and they were okay with that! They didn’t push me to buy the more expensive car , they actually cared about what would be best fit for me and my situation. I ended up leaving with a nice truck ! Chase and Jorge deserve so much for dealing with me and my family 😂

We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

Excellent riding quiet car with double DVD screens for the kiddo's. Plenty of power to pass and the safety features like adaptive cruise yield a well rounded vehicle.

We dealt with T.j. for the majority of the process of our car purchase. We came in wanting a used altima and found a great selection. Had everything from older ones to newer ones no options to full of options. Ran payments on a few cars. got me a much lower interest rate than other places. He seemed to really care about not only me but my family! I look forward to buying mulitple cars from him!

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.

I just bought a 2012 F-250 from Auto Livery. I’ve also purchased two motorcycles from them and every transaction was great. The truck was incredibly clean and in amazing condition overall. It’s obvious these guys know what they are doing - I know they go out of their way to find really great vehicles. They always have a nice inventory of cars, trucks and bikes on hand. Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Ty did a great job in helping me select the best car to fit my needs. I chose a Camry hybrid and am very pleased with the ease of use and its performance. It also has a lot of additional safety features such as back up camera and alerts which my old car did not have. I also like the fact it is a sedan which is harder to find since SUVs seem to be more of what are offered these days. I am also impressed with the graphical display.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.
