October 26, 2025, my car needed scheduled maintenance, which included oil change, new filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. As always, Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership service department was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment time that was convenient for me. The advisor, Brandon Coraci, was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. My wait time in the clean and comfortable waiting room was short. All the service was performed expertly. I have purchased/leased 6 vehicles from Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership. I have only had the Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership service department do service on my cars. For 25 years, I have been, and I continue to be, very happy with the sales and service departments at Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership of West Babylon. I highly recommend this dealership.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

The most important thing was the prompt return contact. Once i sent a request for more information. Great detail of options of purchase , very courteous in response. I realized i was reaching a out of state dealership, very repridable nonetheless. I realised my credit was probably to low and i didnt have anything at the moment to put as down payment . I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

went in to see a 2017 ram 1500 they let me test drive it as soon as I arrived truck was out front detailed ready to go. Dealt with John sales , Chris sales manager very easy no pressure haggling price back and forth. Also when truck went in to be checked they put ALL new brakes and rotors front and rear at NO charge !!!
