The service Dept. are well on their toes,I highly rate them for each & every time I have had my Impala serviced there.Steve, has surely got the best public relations of all ! He makes sure you are happy with this dept. through your visit !
Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.
We purchased our third vehicle from Cars Plus. Pat was so helpful and it was a very easy process. We will always get our cars from Cars plus. Thank you for being so honest and making it actually enjoyable !!
Joe and Michael were the best and most friendly to work with. I had probably at least a million questions and neither ever made me feel as if I was bothering them. They even stayed open late to do our paperwork so we could get the car on a Friday night.
Ted is amazing! He is down to earth, and excellent communicator, and Honest! We get all of our vehicles serviced here because we can communicate with him, determine what does actually need to be done, and get service and repairs completed the way they should be. We only have Toyotas and Mazdas for now, but our relationship with Ted is going to make our next purchase a NISSAN!

I bought one used car in excellent shape. Love it went back two weeks later to buy another car same exact vehicle one for me one for wife. Traded in our cars. Awesome awesome place to do business with. And when I want a different car in a couple of years I’ll go back to car lot. Thank you car lot you guys were great to do business with
Had a lot of very nice vehicles on the lot but still out of my price range. Looking for a good used truck that is in great shape. All in all well trained salespeople, very knowledgeable about what's to offer.
I just purchased a new-to-me Subaru Crosstrek at Modern Ford of Boone. The experience was great. Bryan Martin and the staff worked with me to get a good trade for my old car and make the new one fit my budget. Easy process. I would deal with Modern Ford again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who needs a new car.

Bought 2 Escapes within 11 months because we loved the first one so much. Our Salesman Charlie Christenbury is an excellent but low key salesperson. Patiently answered all questions about all that new technology to a couple old fogeys.
I used both their local store and their website in searching for cars. I was very surprised that when i submitted a question late one night and was called within one hour. The Sales person was very knowledgeable about their stock.
The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, don't leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. God Bless!

My son purchase a 14 Shelby, beautiful Car! After 21 days, less than 400 miles the car experience catastrophic engine failure. We contacted Chance at Cosmo and he was very understanding and help us through this by advising us what we needed to do. Cloninger in Hickory and Matt; good people to deal with at this Ford store that helped us resolved this issue. Cosmo Auto and Chance didn't want this, but you never can see major catastrophic falurer to a internal combustible motor which is out of their control. All the help we received from Chance and Matt we will never forget!! Again; we Thank you.
