This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

My family and I recently visited this dealership to look at a used Lincoln Nautilus. We called ahead and were told there was a sales event happening. My cousin arrived first—during a heavy downpour—and right away, Brandon came out in the rain to assist. That kind of service set the tone for the whole experience. We came prepared to buy with a check from Navy Federal, but weren’t able to make a deal on the Nautilus. It could’ve been a disappointing day—but instead, Johan (Finance) stepped in and helped secure a better interest rate than Navy Federal was offering and got my cousin into a brand new Ford Bronco. What started as a frustrating visit turned into an exciting and satisfying purchase, thanks to the professionalism and hustle from both Brandon and Johan. As for me, I’m now seriously considering getting the Ford Expedition—and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this dealership when I’m ready. Bonus points: if you value diversity, this place has it. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Love my yukon, but not the plexiglass headlights. You can not clean them to get them clear. It really is a safety hazard for night driving. The film on the headlights blurs the light output. The cost to replace them in ridiculous!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

I had been shopping for a different car and visited several dealerships. I was frustrated with the lack of integrity and "games" that seemed to be played. When I visited Ivey Motorcars, I found the experience to be a breath of fresh air. They worked to help me find what I was looking for and were very up front with information. I found their pricing of their vehicles to be very competitive. I would recommend others to them without question...and I have. :)

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.
