The overall experience of buying a new vehicle at Stephens exceeded my expectations. Our sales consultant- Melvin Rucinski provided top notch customer service and his friendly demeanor made it worthwhile. The business director- Steven Musctare made the financial end of things very simple and quick. He provided thorough information on warranties. Lastly, the owner, Steve Rucinski greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us some additional information on the new jeep. I would highly reccomend the employees, service and facility of this dealership.

Berney Brunza was great with meeting my needs. Choice was between 2 Ram 2500 Laramie models with low mileage. I bought my 2012Ram from Stephens but had been looking at dealerships closer to home. Decided Stephens wasn't that far if I could find what I wanted. Sure enough, between Berney, George and the dealership, I found what I wanted and could afford. Thanks guys!
Berney Brunza a very nice person, purchase a 2015 Dodge Ram with only 29,000 miles with cap. Truck was like new, Berney did his best and save me some money on a great deal with no pressure. Put on the dealer plates and told me to take for a ride. Truck was clean and ready the next day. I am coming back for a Town & Country van for my wife as soon as Berney finds me a clean used one. When we finally believed we had made our decision, Mel hustled to pull all the paperwork together to make our transaction as quick and efficient has possible. When we arrived at the dealership, we discussed things further, and realized we were not quite settled on our choice. Despite all the work Mel had put into preparing for our transaction, he handled the situation with grace and class. In no time at all, he found us the right vehicle, and with help from the great team at Stephens, revised the paperwork, arranged a last minute mechanic's inspection-despite the late hour-and we drove away in the car that met our needs. I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and when it appeared at Stephens I was a bit dismayed. They were more than 180 miles from me and I had no idea how to proceed. I first called them to check availability and was greeted on the phone by Berney. We chatted a while and I when I hung up after the first call I felt at ease and very trusting. In the end those feelings proved to be right on the mark. I still did my due diligence and "Googled" the dealership and read many glowing reviews on multiple sites along with a couple that were not so much. The responses from the dealership were appropriate and conciliatory. I figured nobody is perfect, so it is what action you take to correct a problem that really counts. I decided to pursue the purchase of the car. The negotiations were honest and straight forward, none of the usual games I am use to at the dealers in my local area. I was pleased with the "deal" and committed to the purchase still "sight-un-seen" solely based on the good rapport I had developed with Berney.
3 days later my wife and I pickup the car and it was everything I expected and then some.
My only regret is that they are not closer for future purchases!
I am pleased with my recent purchase of a 2018 Honda Civic from Key Honda. I enjoyed working with Kyle and he certainly is a an asset to have on staff at Key Honda. He is very easy to work with, helpful with all questions, & knows the product. He also kept me informed. I definitely would refer other folks to him. Andrew was also very good to work with on the finance end and is an asset to Key Honda. There is a lot to unpack on his end of things and he made it easy for me. I interacted with Dallas briefly in the beginning and he was quite helpful and pleasant as well. I have driven Honda for the last two cars that I have owned and hope to be as pleased with this car.

Went to Honda just to look around and with the help of the car salesman Jeremy, I ended up leaving with an AMAZING Honda HRV. The rest of the staff there are super nice and extremely helpfull. They were able to help me find the lowest and most affordable rates. Highly recommend!!
Great experience! Caitlin is a true asset to Key Honda of Rutland. I went to look and do some comparative shopping between a Honda HRV and a Toyota Rav 4. The Toyota dealership was right next door, but I never made it there. Caitlin's professionalism, knowledge, and energetic spirit kept me wanting to learn more about the Honda product. I left that day having purchased a CRV which I've now had for a month and love it. My great experience with Caitlin and Key Honda was the first time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership and wanted to immediately tell my friends how impressed I was.
Key Honda was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was originally trying to find a used car that suited my needs, but after months of looking, nothing was really coming up that I was interested in. Once I told Kyle I wanted a manual Civic - 2016 or newer, with a gun metal gray color - I had one to test drive within a week. Andrew from finance was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Final paperwork meeting went fast and was enjoyable.
60,000 mile service but took six days to complete.

I was pleased with the service but they should let you know when they will keep your truck for six days to fix it and forget to change the inside filters. Nice to get a rental tho.
