I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

Patrick Fox somehow made the experience of buying a pre-owned vehicle enjoyable (something I've never experienced). He listened carefully and genuinely tried to match the vehicle to my needs/desires. Never pushy and didn't try to steer me towards something more expensive, but at the same time did a great job of clearly explaining the pros and cons of the various Subaru compact SUVs I was considering. Patrick was very patient and engaged throughout the process and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Kudos to White River Subaru for providing CARFAX reports at no additional charge - their transparency, combined with the fact that in many cases they sold and maintained these vehicles since they arrived from the factory (meaning they have excellent institutional memory of the car's history), went a long way in reassuring me about purchasing a used vehicle. It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

I purchased this car new in 2017 with the intention of giving it to my daughter when she started driving in 2019. I ended up keeping it and bought her something else. I have been very happy with this car. It is approaching 100k miles and I have not had one major repair on it. I've always changed the oil on it at regular intervals. (Note-if you let the oil get low, the car may stall and the oil light will come on, especially when turning left, but that's on me.) I wanted an economical car and it continues to get great mileage--around 40 MPG on the highway. It has been on multiple trips to Florida and Georgia and it has done well. I am 6-3 and ride comfortably in the driver's seat. We are now a Hyundai family. As I think about replacing it with a small SUV, I will give Hyundai more than a fair opportunity to earn our business.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

I had been leasing a 2019 Jeep Compass for the past 3 1/2 years and the lease was ending next month. I met with Don Pratt earlier and told him I was thinking about buying this car. I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I've never reviewed a dealer before, but felt compelled to submit this one after the excellent experience my daughter and I had buying her first car at Key Honda in Rutland this September. Time was very limited as she was just here in VT over a long weekend and wanted to take the "new" car back home with her as she had been told by her mechanic back home that the high car she was driving (a gift from us several years ago with very high mileage) needed work and it wasn't worth putting any more money into it. Kyle and Eric were both extremely helpful, informative, and a real pleasure to deal with. We never felt pressured, yet things happened quickly, including making the car Certified, which, given my daughter's excellent credit rating qualified her for very low rate financing. We were very pleased with the deal we were given and she loves the car.
