Lithia Toyota is great! Just took in my new Lexus RC350 for a regular service appointment with Josh and it was so easy, the team only took 2-3 hrs to complete the service. Great communication! This is the 2nd car I've entrusted to the care of Lithia since moving here 3 yrs ago. I tried a few other shops but was having a hard time finding someone who could do competent work on my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT(original owner) & was beginning to give up hope. In desperation I reached out to Lithia & and made an appointment with Joey in the service department. The welcoming atmosphere of the service dept. was a refreshing change from what I had been running into. Joey and Ron have taken great care of my car, both of them were familiar with my vehicle which made me feel great and Ron's work on the car has been top notch. Redid the suspension, replaced Fuel pump, starter, struts, shocks & power windows. Joey is also excellent at communicating/coordinating the repairs necessary, no surprises!! I definitely recommend Lithia to my friends when they ask.

2022 Toyota Corolla review
Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

2013 Lexus CT 200h review
Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. 2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. It was a demo driven by one of the owners that was just made available for sale. I could not refuse the offer and regret not being able to buy the car from Max. I was travelling through Bozeman in early October, visiting family, planning to depart on a Saturday morning. Friday afternoon while getting my car ready for the trip, all of the dash lights and warning bells went off when I turned on the car. This did not make any sense at all for a well maintained Forester with 57,000 miles. The owners manual suggested a problem with the transmission. I called Gallatin Subaru and was connected with Jake. Once he understood the symptoms he said that travelling to the Seattle area was not a good idea until the diagnostics could be reviewed. There was a possibility that the transmission control body was the issue, an $1,800 repair. They were unable to see me that afternoon and even more unfortunately, did not have techs working on Saturdays. Jake was very understanding; however, that I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible and said they could take a look first thing Monday morning. Most likely they would be able to get me on the road that day. They came through as promised. The issue turned out to be rodent damage to the wiring harness - a common problem in that area when temperatures start to drop. The repair was complete by mid-morning. Working with Jake from the Service department was pleasant and very easy. He was patient on Friday with my frustration over an unexpected and potentially costly repair and was able to answer all of my questions. He was at the service desk Monday morning and came through as promised on a same-day repair. While he offered additional maintenance, it was not a hard sell, and I felt comfortable that the car would make the next leg of my trip with just the wiring harness repair. I would absolutely recommend this service department. My only reason for a 4-star rating is that they could not get me in sooner. But I very much appreciate that they were able to juggle their Monday morning schedule and get me back on the road as quickly as they did. The service and repair work was top notch!

2015 Honda Fit review
Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.
