Earlier this year I sold my 2017 Jetta to Ide through Kiersten and received the price I was looking for. Then recently I worked with Kiersten to trade in my older 2016 VW GTI in order to purchase a new 2023 VW GTI Autobahn. I believe I was given a fair price for my trade-in and was able to negotiate a fair price for the new car, which seemed agreeable to all parties involved. If I knew someone who was interested in purchasing a VW from Ide, I would definitely direct that person to Kiersten.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

I brought my Nissan KICKs in for a routine oil and filter change on 7/5/2025. When I arrived, I let the Associate know as to the service requested, but also mentioned that I was unsure if I had also requested that my tires be rotated. I was meet with a no problem, we will take care of it. I let him know if they were busy and unable to that was okay, and his response was not a problem -- we got it. I was there for a little over an hour. Upon cashing out, he reminded me that the next time I came in for service to not hesitate to ask if an additional service can be done and they would take care of it. I was so pleased with the customer care and service provided. Thank you!

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

With availability at near zero, this plug-in hybrid exudes luxury and quality throughout. As production has halted due to parts availability (a wire harness WAS made in the Ukraine, it could be over a year before this model is available again. I found one in Southern California (couldn't find a new one, settling on a low mileage 2021 model) and after purchasing, drove it up to Denver. What a fun trip that was! The only negative is I'll take quite some time to learn all of the features of this Prestige model.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

I enjoyed working with the Summit view team. Jason was knowledgeable about the different types I was interested in and there was no pressure. Summit had a good selection of vehicle types I was looking for. All were first rate used SUVs. The " ins and outs " of my vehicle was thoroughly explained before I left the lot. My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

I'm a repeat customer of the Subaru product line and just purchased actually (ordered) a 2023 Impreza 5 door wagon. It has many great standards and it has a long list of options that come standard. It has great quality and craftsmanship too. Life is good.
