Through no fault of QAM, my car was tied up at Chysler Dealership waiting for parts. QAM provided me with 2 loaners. The first loaner got rearended. I called Jody and told him I needed another loaner. I live in Cohoes. Jody sent down another loaner. I go my car back 11/20/25. Walked in saw Jody and was given the key to my car. I can't say enough about this dealership. I purchased a new car with a trade and was able to do it almost completely online. The my salesperson (Nick) was outstanding to work with. When I went to the dealership to make the trade, the entire process took no more than a half hour. Fast forward to my 30,000 mile service again outstanding. It was discovered that I needed new tires and the service manager called to explain the problem, made a recommendation based upon the reviews of previous customers, and got the tires replaced in the same appointment. They were excellent tires, quieter on the road, but very reasonably priced. Overall only excellent experiences.
