I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I especially love the reliability that Honda is known for and the advanced safety features that make me feel confident while driving. It’s the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient car.

I have now worked with Loyalty Ambassador Mr. Kurt Collins on two separate occasions - once to move from a lease to a finance (Apr '24), and once to lease a new vehicle (Aug '24). In both instances, Mr. Collins distinguished himself by offering a comfortable approach to the task at hand. Mr. Collins was friendly, detail-oriented, and a true asset to the myriad of directly and indirectly-related questions. Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. Just bought this car for my son to go to college in. He also works for Shipt and the 35 miles a gallon is outstanding. This little Civic with a turbo should last my son his entire college courier.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great.
