Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Just bought this car for my son to go to college in. He also works for Shipt and the 35 miles a gallon is outstanding. This little Civic with a turbo should last my son his entire college courier.

This car has lots of what I call bells and whistles. These are really a great feature, one that I didn't have in the previous car I owned. I am learning how to use all these features and am glad I have them.

I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Just bought a 2021 Cherokee for under 11k. Finance process was simple and interest rate was VERY low I was so surprised. I got a lower rate than the jeep dealer and I didn’t think that was possible. Very honest and transparent with the deal. I posted a picture of my car on google if anyone wants to see!!! They are a small team so once I couldn’t get a hold of them but they called me back and explained their business. Amazing family owned business very safe place for a woman to buy a car.
