Used 2019 Honda Civic for sale near Mount Healthy, OH

The dealership has followed up with me and keep me in the loop regards a car I was interested in. That interest continues but I am looking at all option regarding make and model. I like the fact that they understand my delay and have been profesional and patient.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I have had three Honda Civics, and plan to buy another in the spring. They are the best vehicles I have owned during my 84 years.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. If you’re looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

If you haven’t heard of this place you are missing out. I had the best experience with Alec here. He doesn't talk to you like a car salesman, he talks to you like a caring human being. He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too! This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!
