I was disheartened to learn that Kevin is no longer with Lithia. You can genuinely see Kevin cared when dealing with him. He had arranged for Dan to help this time. I was happy be actually called me and answered my calls but I thought this had more to do with Kevin. Until Dan was answering my texts from home letting me know he was out on medical leave. I was very impressed he continued to help out while being off. I’m bringing my truck back in having the same issue again.

My brother and I went in last Thursday, May 18 at around 6:30pm for him to test drive a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and apply for a pre-approval since he is a first-time car-buyer with credit for less than a year. We wanted to know whether he needed a co-signer and wanted to know what to look at regarding his monthly payments and downpayment. Cynthia, the sales rep. who accommodated us, was very helpful and was very knowledgable of her products, she made us feel very comfortable throughout the test drive and the process of getting pre-approved. My brother's application went through and was told his monthly payment of the car would be around $540 under a 10.9% APR. We said okay, we'll just come back in a few months so my brother could get chance and improve his credit, and to get a lower APR. Cynthia insisted, she asked what my brother's desired payment was and how much he could put in at that very moment. He said he wanted a payment of less than $450 and could only put down $1500. Cynthia left for a moment and came back with their manager, Ryan Day. Ryan offered us the car my brother test drove, but my brother was willing to wait later for a White Hatchback Sport 6-speed (we test drove a Red Hatchback Sport CVT) with the same monthly payments under 10.9%. We said we'll just come back whenever the white one comes in. Ryan insisted and left for a few minutes, and comes back with a very very good deal. The Red Hatchback Sport that we test drove for less than $450 a month and way less than 10.9% APR. We almost said yes, but my brother didn't want to spend all the money that he has at that moment for the downpayment. Ryan told us that we could take the car home tonight and pay the downpayment 2 weeks after. We were getting too excited for this until my brother realized he still had to buy insurance since it's his first car, then we told Ryan. Ryan offered us a FREE WHOLE MONTH of FULL COVERAGE car insurance. How can you even resist this deal? My brother ended up signing paperworks of purchase of the car until we finished business at almost 11:30pm. 2024 Honda Civic review
When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Merced Honda review
Buying from Merced Honda verses others dealers was easy. The prices/terms of the lease is what was offered over the internet and phone with no add on cost. Robert made no promises that he did not keep. Overall Honda has a lot better service when it comes to no gimmicks or changes to the price of their vehicles. Toyota will charge you over $200 for floor mats and will not take them out of the vehicle. At Honda floor mats included in the price (the way it should be) and each LX comes with the same equipment. Overall happy with our experience with Robert and Merced Honda.

Merced Honda review
I had been doing research for a mini van for quite some time. It became obvious to me that the Honda Odyssey was the way to go. At first I was going to buy a used model but then quickly realized that it was worth it to buy new since Hondas hold their value so well. When I sold my car I needed to get into something pretty quickly so I did a lot of my shopping online and on the phone. I spoke to all of the local Honda dealerships including some in the Bay Area and no one could beat Merced Honda's prices. On top of that the salesperson that I dealt with, Robert Gonzalez was unlike all of the others. He was patient, kind and at no time at all did I feel pressured by him. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
