2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Andrew Hunter understands the definition of customer service. I brought my car in to the service area for an oil change and he made the experience a pleasure. I’m looking forward to returning, thank you!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Andrew Hunter at the front desk for his exceptionally professional and kind service as he signed me in. Also, thanks to Mr. Jack McCaffrey, for his assistance after my car was ready for pickup. He took the time to explained to me the work that was completed on my car, and pointed out the concerns identified through the diagnostic assessment. He was very professional and answered any questions that I had.

My husband and I went looking at cars in the Used Honda Dealership in Palm Bay, not knowing if we would purchase a car that day. Brian was the sales person and from the moment we talked to him, we felt we were at the right place. From there we met the Sales Manager Todd who again was easy to talk to and we knew that we were going to buy a car from them, We are living in Boston so we also met with the finance manager Paul who went over and above to be able to drive our car back to Boston which was not an easy fete with the rules and regulations we have to deal with the RMV in Boston. I can't say enough about this dealership 100% customer service from the moment we entered the dealership to the time we left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone living in area. CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach)Reviews
CarMax Sample Rd (Pompano Beach) review
On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee review
I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. After about an hour and a half later, I drove it back to Rhode Island. Thank you Mullinex staff and Salesman Duke! All the best!

Vero Beach MitsubishiReviews
Vero Beach Mitsubishi review
If you’re looking for a trustworthy car salesman who truly goes above and beyond — ask for Deiondre “Dee” Tubbs at the Mitsubishi dealership. Last night, I got a flat tire on US 1 at 6 PM and stopped at Midas for help. They had just closed and couldn’t get me a tire for two days. I live an hour away and was completely stuck. After trying another nearby dealerships with no luck, I walked over to the Mitsubishi dealership — and that’s where I met Dee. He opened the door with a warm welcome, listened to my situation, and before I could even finish explaining, he was already walking toward my car parked across the street. I thought he was a mechanic — turns out, he’s a salesman who just genuinely cares. Within 20 minutes, he had my spare tire on and refused to accept any payment or even share his Venmo. Deiondre Tubbs is the definition of outstanding customer service and old-school integrity. He didn’t just sell me on a car — he sold me on character. If you want to work with a kind, honest, and dependable car salesman you can trust, go see Deiondre Tubbs. Actions don’t lie — I’ll be buying my next vehicle from him!
