Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Their patience was greatly appreciated and they worked very hard to make it possible to work along with my needs. Their openness and ability to make me feel welcomed made the process stress free. When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

I was tremendously impressed with the service I received at the dealership. Brad the service advisor was incredible! He made sure that he stayed in contact with me, and got back to me the what the problem was and the cost to fix it before 7 AM the next morning! The next day when the car was ready, Abraham came to pick me up to get the car, again ... great service! I have mobility issues walking, so Brad went and got the car for me and brought it to me! the work on the car was done fast and resolved the problem! We just moved here last summer from Western Massachusetts; to find a dealership that is better than the one I went to for 51 years is impressive!

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .
