Got the new color SAND DUNE PEARL and absolutely love it. I get all sorts of compliments on it. I had someone tell me that this car screams “ LOOK AT ME “ 2400 miles so far and a 46mpg average city / highway Love,love,love my car !

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.

My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

CJ did not pressure us nor mislead us like the other Honda dealer (I'll keep them anonymous). I also want to acknowledge Peter, the sales manager. This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

I bought my certified pre-owned Honda Hybrid CR-V Sport-L 2025 from Buena Park Honda and Sam was great to work with. Sam was kind, trustworthy and honest. He didn?t pressure me and made the purchasing process easy. Winston was the one who reviewed the financial contract with me, and he was nice too! I felt taken care of and this was important for me. Why did I choose to visit Penske Honda of Ontario when I have a vast selection of dealerships where I live and work? I was looking for a specific year/model and they had one of the two available for sale in the state of California. Why did I choose to buy from Penske Honda of Ontario? The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal. I have had my share of bad experiences and good experiences in car buying but this one was THE best especially considering the particularity of my financial health. After my credit took a blow from a recent economic hardship, I was apprehensive of stepping into a dealership or engaging any financial institution. I did not wish to be put in a bad light and judged merely because of my credit situation. At the same time, I didn't necessarily need the car so I was in a good position to decline any outrageous, high-interest offers. Well, it didn't take long for my unease to dissipate, or even form rather. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Bill directly to inquire about the car and financing options. What I didn't expect was for him to personally respond, and so promptly! With that I knew, it would be worth a trip to Ontario (which by the way is right off the 15 freeway; and a couple of other things to note: they have a courtesy shuttle and service is open both Saturday and Sunday). I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and after an honest dialogue about my finances, I was met by their just as honest feedback -- and an offer. This took me by surprise, yet it was refreshing that they had taken me seriously and utilized previously provided information to generate numbers. And they weren't bad looking numbers! What eventually led me to sign papers that night was their responsiveness and willingness to help my situation. I didn't feel as though they were trying to take advantage of me or make a quick profitable sale on my account. In fact, I don't think they made much off my transaction! They listed a number of items on the due bill of pre-existing conditions with the car, which weren't exactly a deal breaker but I would have liked to see addressed. This they handled during my subsequent service visit, and more! There were a couple of items that went unnoticed during the signing but when I brought it to their attention, it was immediately handled. Now, why am I so excited about this whole experience? Because customer service is rare and theirs was exceptional (and I LOVE my car). On a number of occasions they went above and beyond - did I mention two porters worked overtime to deliver my new car home? Oh and the Special Finance manager Jaime (no, I did not spell his name wrong), he is very knowledgeable and was instrumental in pushing forth an efficient negotiation. And Mr. McGrath? He was there every step of the way! For top management to be ever so present and involved means a lot! Everyone worked so harmoniously together and provided for a seamless transaction. Even after the purchase, they remain attentive and consistent in their care and communication of my car needs. Just as with the Honda line of cars, the individuals that make up Penske Honda Ontario are quality and performance driven. You can't expect anything less of this team because they are the epitome of Helpful Honda.

I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.
